"Got in late went to the hotel in Cherokee by accident was supposed to be at the one in Murphy this is the second time I have done this the name and address’s are almost the same 😭"

Needed air freshener or dehumidifier on rotation when room not occupied. Breakfast could be improved upon. Perhaps Ability to make a waffle ; better variety of fresh fruit ( seasonal) We would stay again at this facility"

"I was there for training. Staff was very pleasant and helpful at check-in. Room was very clean. I did have a room with a balcony, there were some large spider webs on the porch that should have been removed. Food was very good. Overall, a very good experience and staff was very nice at check-out."

"The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I was disappointed in the breakfast. There was no fruit, no yogurt or any type of muffins or danishes. When I got back to the room there was no hot water. I got dressed without a shower. As I was leaving I stopped at the desk to let them know I did not have hot water. I was told they found the problem and had it fixed. I would have appreciated some type of discount for not being able to shower but was offered nothing other than an apology. I...

"Staff very friendly and helpful. Room exceptionally clean and well stocked with towels, coffee, etc. Beautiful scenery, peaceful and quiet. Greatly enjoyed our stay there."

"This is an "ok" place to stay. The rooms are clean but there are absolutely no amenities. There were electrical problems in our room and they did not turn on the AC prior to our arrival. With temps in the 90s it took quite a while for our room to cool.down. The view was the best part of our stay."
