"A lot of kids running the halls and screaming without any supervision. Staff did not seem to mind this. We were in a room next to a large amount of kids, with no adult with them. Reserved online and quoted price, that was to be what was paid. Was charged $150.00 more than supposed to. Lied Lodge claimed that we asked for an upgrade, not true - only time we talked to Lied is when we checked in and given room. Lied will not adjust. Will not stay there again. Not worth the money charged and headache over being overcharged."

"The AC took awhile to cool off the room,. There was no channel guide for the tv. The pillows were uncomfortable and the curtain provided a little cover but not a whole lot"

"The room was cool, the staff was helpful. They were short staffed and the hotel was booked solid so they did very well under the circumstances. The only negative was the internet was not working either last night or this morning and the phone wasn’t working to complain about it. On the whole it was adequate. "
