"The area around the house is “so so” but once you enter, including the fenced in backyard, it is absolutely amazing. Great stay, location and host!"

"The first morning, we found ants coming from the kitchen sink and continued to find ants each day. We had to place some of our dry groceries in the microwave to prevent ants from getting to them. And please keep in mind, at no point did we have unsealed or open containers of food out. There were also some floor tiles in the kitchen area that were loose and tripped a couple of times. "They let me amd my family book the property and upon arrival after a 8 hour drive we were told it wasnt available. I had my wife and 5 children traveling with me. It put a damper on all of our scheduled events i had planned. No email no call no nothing. I was informed it wasnt available at the place when i arrived. "

"We booked this property for my Mother’s 80th birthday celebration. The whole family was able to stay at one location to enjoy fossil rim, dinosaur valley and dinners in Fort Worth and locally. The property is immaculate. The kitchen had everything we needed and the grounds were astounding a beautiful. We hiked, used the giant game barn, the hot tub and the comfortable sitting areas.
