Their clerk told me what they do is cancel third-party reservations, i.e. Hotels.com, Expedia, etc., and accommodate people that walk in and are looking for a room because they will pay more money. They told me it’s not their problem and treated me like complete crap. They wouldn’t allow me to talk to a manager. Never again will I use all Holiday Inn and I’ve been IHG member for over 30 years"
