"The property is OLD and it shows its age. The place needs a total renovation. The bed is on a metal spring frame which makes noise with every turn during the night. It caters to the construction crew crowd, which is not a bad thing. But I couldn’t park in front of my room because a group was having a barbecue in the parking lot. Of course they were enjoying cold beverages as you would expect. Some of them obviously were not guests at the hotel, but were there for the barbecue. So around 11pm...

"The room had holes in the walls with obvious plagues missing. No security latch on the door, obviously removed. Mold around the toilet and floor corners in the bathroom. Toilet seat came off, had to fix that myself. Bathroom doorknob was close to coming off, had to get a screwdriver from my car to fix it. Bathroom too small for a handicapped person and no handles in the shower to provide safety. Bed was off it's frame so one of the supports stuck out causing my leg to be scraped. Obviously a...

"It was a nice place for the $ nothing fancy but clean and comfy beds. Staff friendly and helpful. Location nice for our visit to Lynchburg and had parking for our trailer.😊"

"My one night stay at the best Western Inn in Winchester Tennessee was very pleasant. Tyler the attendant on duty when I checked in and also when I checked out was friendly, professional, and accommodating. Very welcoming, which is always nice when you arrive from a few hours of driving. While the property is a bit older, my room was clean, refrigerator kept my items very cold, the bed was firm with plenty of pillows. Parking lot was well lit and clean as well. "Ok for a place to lay your head."

"This hotel is a true gem. Very customer focused. Breakfast was hot and cooked to order. We were seated and the hot breakfast items were served to us. The room was nicely decorated, quiet, and safe. Parking was right in front of our door making the unpacking and packing very easy. Happy hour was available with free beer and wine. I hope the word gets out about the LX Hotel and that it stays very busy. Staff were very professional helpful, and friendly."
