Very Clean room and very Friendly Front desk manager. Picked this property because of being in the area for work. And glad I did because of the cleanliness of the establishment and the close proximity it is to several different types of restaurants.

We enjoyed a pleasant overnight stay. The staff were polite and helpful. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was just right. Thank you. Will be back soon.

Nice little hotel, the staff were very pleasant. I would have liked an outlet to charge my iphone beside the bed, other than that I had everything I needed.

Got there late. Very friendly staff. Explained what was available. Both when and where. Made sure we had everything we needed. In the morning same wonderful attitude.

I paid for itinerary insurance , and I was charged an extra "fee" for a "free" request. The Expedia live chat person was useless. Kept me going in circles and then wanted me to start over from the beginning. This is the last Expedia purchase ever!!

Staff and breakfast were great. But the room was dingy and we kept finding hairs on towels and sheets that we didn’t use. Microtel is just not for us. I guess you get what you pay.

Our company sends service technicians to NY every week, so we stay at plenty of hotels throughout the state. Check in was a bit of a nightmare, considering the rooms were booked through hotels.com prior, However, when our technicians arrived, they were told they did not have a reservation. After a lot of back & forth we discovered they checked another guest in under our techs reservation. The hotel did figure out the mistake & our guys were able to enjoy their rooms.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the reservation itself was flawed. I booked a suite that slept 5, and was given a handicapped room with a couch and queen bed. Fortunately, one of our family members could not come, and we borrowed a cot to make it work. Very disappointing, but I don't know where the problem came in - with Expedia or with the hotel itself, but that was very difficult.

Hotel, front desk and room attendants all very good. Coffee always available is a nice perk. Breakfast is nice. My room near ice and vending machine noisy. Will ask for different location next time

My check in was slow because a difficult customer was manipulating the time of the only clerk on duty at the time I arrived. The customer booked through a third party and was not happy with the room assigned for the price paid. I include this because the clerk was very patient in trying to explain that she could not change the booking but could only offer an alternative room with a slight up charge. She was in a difficult position and handled it as well as possible. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. There is a microwave in the standard room which I used. The breakfast area is spacious and the fare pretty standard.

Arrived late around 1015pm and there was a man in front of me waiting to check in and we went in the lobby and to the counter and waited and waited. After 5 minutes we started caller for help and knocking on near by staff doors and we had to literally wait over 15 minutesuntil someone arrived and she appeared to potentially be high and she never apoligized to the man in front of me or to me for her being unavailable. Other than that it was a good stay
