Pleasant stay at JO.
I got a sky line view. Beautiful. But for the television, I only get to watch channels from Singapore, not Malaysia. Wonder why?

Its free wifi does not support some emails and hotel / agoda/booking app. Wherever payment or otp is involved - It just does not work. Had to use third party internet to even book rooms in this hotel. The only positive is good clean hotel with very convenient location for the money paid

Pros: - super spacious family room that can house abt 8 pax with extra beds - high floor unit has a spectacular view of the city - clean and comfy ambience - very helpful and polite staff Cons: - room’s aircon too cold and noisy, no remote control - building too old, need repainting - lifts are old and looks scary - hotel entrance has a slope that’s too steep, not ideal for old people

Good view, but building was old
Overall stay is acceptable. The view from the room was good which i can see the surrounding landscape of JB custom. As the building is pretty old, the water tap and bathtab stopper was malfunctioned. After call for maintenance service, it was repaired and working fine.
