Poor service
The moment we step in the room, the floor was dirty, bed sheet have staint, no slipper for us and the fridge after long hours isn't cold. Put up a tag to inform cleaner to clean our room, at night when we get back our room isn't cleaned up.

Comfortable Stay
Reception staff were friendly and very accommodating. However, the hotel is located in quite an out of the way location, with hardly any amenities nearby, with the exception of a 7-Eleven.

A good place to stay, but don't expect too much.
Comfort place to stay, with carpet-floor. Polite and informative staff. Looked a little bit dull due to old furniture perhaps. A good place to stay, but don't expect too much by reviewing the hotel's promo ads.

The location of the hotel plus the security of parking there make the hotel a good choice for having a short rest in JB. Comfortable and clean an added reason to stay here and the reasonably priced rooms

Clean hotel
Location wise not really a great choice, but the room was clean.. Amenities are too little.. No toothbrush/toothpaste provided, pls bring your own. There's a weird smell on the towel but that doesn't bother me much as i'm only staying for a night.

Overnight stay and didn't want to spend too much
Great. Checking in and out was a breeze. Left our passports behind accidentally. Staff called within less than 30 after we checked out when the room service staff discovered the passports when they were cleaning the room.

Room condition not what I expected
The room conditions a bit old and carpet is dirty and smell . Outside building looks ok or seems ok . The picture shown in website and actual seems a lot of difference . Personally I would not stay again .

Value for money
Ours was a last minute booking and we thought we made the right choice. Just needed a place for the night because of electrical shutdown in our home. The room we booked didn't come with breakfast but you can order buffet breakfast for less than RM30. For what we paid i thought the bedding quality was not bad (comforter,pillow etc). Room was clean. we had a nice view of some part of jb city from our room.

Sukura room flood is so sticky and it's not really very clean. There is no toothbrush for Sukura room it's oki but even i upgraded to Executive Room, there is still no toothbrush. The shampoo and body gel is not enough for two person too. Please kindly improve the things even to the customer. Thank you

Good customer service. Called in to reserve double bed, was told not available upon arrival. However, staff gave me king size bed. Thumbs up!

No nearby eateries
The bed linens are old and rough. The aircon is noisy when is on. Overall cleaniness is good. Hotel is surrounded by all the car showrooms and workshops. No eateries nearby also. Can't find anything to eat at night.
