"didn’t check in.. hotel was not open.. very terrible.. was cheated.."

"This hotel is a little clean. Staffs in this hotel is kind but the room is a little small and a little dark and no window. In addition, bus stop and station is not near this hotel, so guests must go this hotel by taxi or car. And you pay 50RM per one stay as deposit. Deposit is returned by staffs when staffs finish checking your room. "

"When we reached the hotel, we were told that there were no available rooms!!! We were not even the only ones there, there were a few other people who were stranded as well. According to the counter staff, there were 8 bookings made for rooms which were not even available. This is completely unacceptable as we did not even receive any email/sms/calls or anything to inform us of the situation (yet when asked they said that they have indeed received our information - so then why did they not...
