"The room could benefit from a bit more TLC. The beds were quite uncomfortable and the decor felt plain, which didn’t create a very homely atmosphere. The lounge area also felt a little bare. There were also some issues with the TV not connecting to YouTube and difficulty using the television overall, along with intermittent WiFi connection problems."

"Things to remember when booking this hotel... The "Spa" is not included in your stay and located in the basement. Its a different company entity "Evergreen Day Spa" and charge $15 p/d for pool usage. Hotel is close proximity to hospital therefore be prepared to hear sirens all night long. Breakfast buffet is $25 per person Monday-Friday 6.30am-9.30am so time it well. Food options are basically next door on either side but when in doubt - theres a Foodworks also. "Great location in the heart of Queens St mall. We were there over Anzac day so the only thing to note is that the streets are closed on that day from 9am to 3pm so it was pretty much impossible to get in or out of the hotel during those hours."

Fridge is stocked with snacks and drinks for your convenience,or you can purchase from the office. Shower water pressure is AMAZING. Fresh towels and linen Great for a passing through stay."
