"All staff was super friendly. Room spacious and with good amenities. Close to all main attractions by foot. Classic style and with good personality. They give a pass for public transportation which was a plus and saved us money. Breakfast not included, but there are so many great options in the city for a quick bite. We check out and went to the city for the day and they kept our luggage for free. Nice and quiet location. I recommend Hotel Royal Luzern to everyone. Just to mention that is uphill...

"We did a late check in and were very tired…upon arrival, there were two huge groups checking in and the whole hotel was stinking of bad odour of food including the elevators..some private event catering was happening…when we got to the room we realized it had a door to cross to the next room and we were not told that the room had a partition when I booked. "Its my 3rd time stay at Ibis Luzern. And always happy to come back this hotel. The location only 5 minutes using a bus from central luzern station (walking around 15 minutes). The room is good and the price so reasonable. They provide a microwave, hot water (coffee and tea) in lobby area. They give a Luzern pass too, so you can enjoy around luzern with free pass. "
