"The information about the deposit wasn’t clear. Maybe because I used Expedia to book the information, but paying almost 300 dollars for nonrefundable inclusions (when initially I was told it was the deposit), then being charged my last day as the “deposit” is very annoying"

"The hotel staff was great, Very friendly and very helpful. The hotel was "ok" clean. The same debris on the carpet (in the hallways) was there when we left 2 days later. It's compact, but the room itself clean. While we were glad they had some options for dining it is a very limited menu."
