Motel di Kabupaten Jones

"Charged 350 for two rooms. Booked these rooms and arrived 4 hours later. No one in office, called after hour number on door, someone showed up in the office, went back, was told I was lucky she answered cus they are closed. Offered to stay somewhere else. She insisted I stay since im there. Expedia site shows pets welcomed. After she checks me in, she turns me away with two autistic children at 12 am because they dont accept cats to stay. Asked for a refund, said she cant because it was booked...

"They took the reservations only to get their and not a soul around. The place was closed and strangley the office was unlocked. They should have never taken the reservations if that was the case"
