"One of the greatest hotel to stay"

"The view was amazing. Quiet and secluded. Not much for food nearby. The room was clean and a nice size. When we had the t.v. on it echoed. The hotel could put some more furniture in the room to help with this. Bed was a little hard for us and small. The hotel could have easily put a king bed in the bedroom. Kitchen was nice. "Due to Deer Valley Ski Resort closing earlier than expected because of the warmer than usual temperatures, certain amenities were not open….SPA, Italian On-site restaurant and Skiing itself was closed with-out notice, which impacted our stay and wish we were notified beforehand. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. The complementary shuttle service and staff was very good getting us around town and were attentive. "

"Everything was phenomenal. They do a scavenger hunt for the kiddos and also provide snores kits for the fire pits. So much fun. Our view wasn’t the best but we weren’t in the room much anyway."

"This is the second time I have stayed here. The first time I was in a standard room which was perfect. This time around we had family in town and we did a girls weekend. We rented the 2 bedroom suite with Mountain View. The kitchen and bathrooms were stalked with everything you would need. The beds were comfortable and plenty of room for a family. "I really enjoyed staying here. I had friends at a VRBO literally 2 houses down from the Plaza....but I much preferred my accomodations. The property was a little dated. When I would use the stairs to go, you could feel the boards moving under the carpet. The location was really centralized within walking distance of several nice restaurants. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful!"

"Communication was terrible, honestly the place is really nice but the people in the room downstairs were really loud the view was of the seven eleven, the fees were more than the room cost per night and they have unrealistic cleaning expectations given the fees. "
