"Great location for family travel in Paris 7th Arrondissement. Safe area, safe apartment (personal QR code to enter main door and apartment). Very close to Rue Cler, 15 mins walk to Eiffel Tower.
I love the decor and interior. Decent kitchen appliances and washing machine.
Would definitely stay here again.
The only downside is no Front Office staff, but they give you a Contact number. "

"Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable. La habitación estaba muy limpia, la cocina estaba bien equipada y el personal fue amable y atento durante toda la estancia. La ubicación también fue muy conveniente para visitar la ciudad. Como única sugerencia de mejora, sería muy recomendable que la propiedad contara con aire acondicionado, especialmente durante el verano, ya que en días calurosos puede hacer falta. En general, disfrutamos mucho la experiencia y volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí."

"フロントスタッフが居ない事、部屋の清掃、タオル交換が別料金である事を予約前に確認すべきでした。格安なホテルのこのシステムが今一般的なのでしょうがスタッフとの連絡が取れないのが大変不便でした。 特にセイフティーボックスが故障した緊急事態でも「スタッフは行けない」「電話をしろ」との返答をエクスペリアを通して伝えられただけでした。 部屋は新しく清潔でキッチンも整っておしゃれなタイニーハウスの様で快適です 観光拠点にも最高でしたが不安だらけの滞在でした。"

"A very welcome respite during one of the high heat waves in Paris. Strong, effective air conditioning and plenty of space for our needs. We didn't attempt to really cook in the small kitchen but it was nice to have a place to prepare breakfast. Quiet, peaceful location in an upscale neighborhood."
