"I traveled with my family to RIS Dalma and had a wonderful experience! The host was super responsive, the place was very clean, and the entire staff—whether at the front desk, reception, housekeeping, or breakfast—were incredibly kind, positive, caring, and respectful.
We especially loved Hasmic, Edward, and another lovely lady at the reception whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask. They were all so welcoming and helpful. They were even kind enough to prepare breakfast to go for us on our...

"The apartment was stunning, newly remodeled, and incredibly spacious. I loved how close it was to the Ketron area and how walkable the neighborhood was. The only downside was that the property lacked an elevator, but overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay!"

"I stayed at Nine Rooms for one night during my visit to Yerevan, Armenia, and I was very happy with my stay.
The apartments are spacious, very clean, comfortable, and extremely well equipped. They have everything you could need, including a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, and dishes. The room was very large, tidy, and impeccably clean.
The location is also excellent, just a few blocks from the city centre, making it very convenient for exploring Yerevan.
The manager was wonderful —...

"Fantastic location, very clean apartment. Hardly any noise from the streets even though we were so close to two main roads. Great access to restaurants and the Republic Square shops and activities. Easy to checkin with plenty of information and quick repossession via WhatsApp.
Good strong WiFi. We also used the washing machine twice to do our laundry in preparation for our onwards journey.
We will go back on our next stay."
