"What a excepcional and beautiful resort to spend a comfortable and relaxed vacation. My husband and I spent 3 days and 2 nights accompanied by one of the staff members named Daurelin. She gave us a outstanding service. In the beginning of the trip she provided us a phone number to maintain a 24/7 contact throughout our stay and helped us in all aspects! "This is a real beach get away, there is not so much around but that adds to the tranquility of the area. If you need to just get away from the crowds and enjoy the coast this is a wonderful place. The jungle apartment also was incredible, we would spend an hour just watching the wildlife on the tree that runs through the building. Of course being in the jungle environment means jungle animals so be warned there will be some big looking spiders. "

The instructions, seemed outdated, so the buttons didnt work. One of our rooms A/C leaked the last night, all of our bags that we left on the floor and also the Chair. luckily our passports werent damaged. "Me and my family stayed at this beautiful hotel from 02/15/24-02/19/24. The apartment was spacious, clean with a breathtaking view of the Samana Bay. We were able to spot lots of whales out of our balcony!! The beds were cozy and clean. The breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this place for everyone and would definitely come back here some day. Special thanks to the manager Freddy, Alejandro receptionist for the smooth check in/out and for everything! "
