"The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes."

"You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. "We picked the perfect time to come. Spring break is over and the summer season hasn’t started yet. Place was dead! Maybe 10 other couples. Weird that the restaurant/bar doesn’t charge to the room. That prevented us from eating and drinking there. Without keeping a tab open it was a pain so we went elsewhere. Breakfast was good, room provided what it was supposed to. One of the best prices on Grace Bay, not too big, not too small. Like in the Little Red Riding Hood story, it's just right."

The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was my favorite part. It was large, beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing. There was an ant problem outside the room each night and we did find a few ants in our room. Room layout is awesome! Location also helpful.
