"It's nice location with good facilities and unique approach. However I noticed drop in the services in comparison with my visit last year. For example, they reduced the sport classes, they didn't have emergency toothpaste asking me to go and buy and quality of cleaning and up keeping is not the same, so would love for them to work on these small details"

"I will start by saying that customer service offered to cancel our stay. We chose to stay despite being unhappy due to our short time in London - check-in was confusing, the pub/tavern was not terribly clean -we found dog poo along the walkway. The remote checkin support person did not know we needed two different codes to enter the building - this was not a hotel! An unmarked building with individual apartments. "The kitchen was well furnished and the fridge large. Opposite of other review. There were a few scratches here and there in the apartment, but you need to look for them. Great to have access to 3 acre private park out the back door. Bakerloo tube much more convenient than I had thought. Quiet area. Just not many restaurants nearby. Good Tesco Express just about a 2 minute walk. VRBO host canceled on me at the last minute. This place saved by London visit!"

"Ruby Zoe was a great place to stay for my husband and I. We did have to walk or bus to many main attractions, but we found many excellent restaurants and pubs in the area. I would recommend!"

"Very clean, great location, and friendly staff. I stayed during a heatwave and the no air conditioning wasn’t fun, but I understand it’s an old building probably difficult to upgrade. But overall, fantastic place and would recommend for anytime besides the hottest week of the year!"

"Extreme climb in very hot weather to get into the apartment in 90 degree heat. This apartment would be very challenging for some older renters, but all else was fine. Great deck (cool in the intense heat - nice!) and all else very professional. Excellent location."
