"This 1 star review couldn't be lower. Do NOT stay here. This place is disgusting and not accredited by the BBB (F Rated). Bathrooms had pubic hair and rust, trash not emptied, dirty beds (sheets not washed), and mold everywhere. Just absolutely horrendous. I didn't think it was possible these places still exist. You've been warned."

"The check-in staff was very kind, everything else was disappointing. All towels had holes in them, the furniture was mixed matched. All the "fixed" places on the walls wete very obvious. Definitely needs to be updated."

"Breakfast was okay, not to many options Toast, eggs, turkey sausage and waffle. The hotel can use some updating, towels were on the small size, tv service needs updating basic local channels no cable. Ample parking and staff was pleasant. Would I stay again? maybe but only for a night, not a long stay nor with kids LOL "

"The lady checking me in was very unprofessional, the room stunk like someone had smoked in it and there was a cigarette burn on my sheet. If I would have not already paid for the room I would NEVER have stayed. "

"Upon arriving at the property, it looked relatively clean and presentable. When we got to the room on the other hand, there was dirty Q-tips and miscellaneous items behind the furniture and under the bed. Good morning we got ready to leave. We check in the refrigerator. Make sure we didn’t leave anything in it and there was a bag of marijuana in the freezer not to mention of roaches everywhere. So if you wanna go get carried away in a sonic boom high roaches, this is a place to stay."

"The Seafood restaurant was closed and so was the Asian testy, the only food option was the sports bar or the to go food station"

"Do not stay here. It seems as if the owners live here and stay up all night running up and down hallways. It was horrible. I rarely give reviews but thought I needed to review this place as a warning for others. "

"We stay here when our flight out of SHV is early. The proximity to the airport makes it easy. The hotel is relatively clean, could use some updating and fixing of certain things but overall its good for what we need it. The staff is always kind and helpful. Easy check in. Parking always seems to work out."

"If I could give a negative I would. The fire alarm went off 3 nights straight for an hour at 1 am and the staff did nothing . The front desk guy was no where to be found for hours and half the staff are friends just joking around . We came here for a wrestling national tournament and when we went to cancel our remaining 3rd night the manager said she need to call the VP of the property to confirm if she could even cancel our room which is absurd and ridiculous. This place needs to be shut down...

"We had stayed at a different hotel the night before (when this location was sold out) and it was less than ideal. We were welcomed from the moment we stepped on the Marriott property and took away so much stress from what had been a pretty hectic arrival into Shreveport. Mercedes at the front desk was absolutely amazing in helping get our room prepared and secured early for us, answer questions and making sure we had everything we needed. "this is a safe feeling area for the down town location. we loved the furnished kitchen and full refrigerator -and the breakfast was excellent! lots of parking -even for our trailers. "
