"The staff here are super nice and helpful.
Unfortunately, the rooms feel more like serviced apartments than hotel rooms. There is no soundproofing, so you can hear noise from outside and from other rooms throughout the day. Otherwise everything else is just great."

"Clean, modern hotel. Good location. Good value.
However valets and bellboy completely ignored us. We pulled up at the front door where uniformed men standing around looked directly at us and walked off. We unloaded our suitcases ourselves and checked in.
Concierge was nice and courteous during check in.
We booked so we could shower and rest before departing to the airport (stayed 4 hours) and for 2 adults and 2 children we were given 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel.
Definitely has areas for...

"I really don't have a bad word to say regarding the staff, they were all quite helpful and friendly. My low rating is related to the hotel itself, it's just so run down and is in desperate need of a remodel or refurbish. I was handed a fresh towel at the pool that was covered in bleach stains.
