"The room was absolutely adorable. Small, but perfect. Loved the building! Very clean, the heat was nice and cozy. Loved the location, great places to eat, shop, safe neighborhood, staff was super friendly. Parking garage was right across the street. Price was excellent. If I go back to DC anytime soon I would DEFINITELY stay here again!!!!!!"

Googled Omni got what looked like Omni number but was Expedia and Jolene was quite pleasant and helpful but never identified as representing Expedia. I would stay there again. Red line station one block. Went back for a second night and made arrangements at Hotel desk. Great breakfast spot across intersection. "

"Caroline was most gracious & helpful, particularly on arrival. As the elevator was broken, she took my bags up to the 3rd floor, which was great as I am recovering from a fractured arm. The woman barista this morning was pleasant. The staff really made my stay very good!"

"It was a shared room with three roommates. We all got along fine. The front desk staff, Tina and Audrey were wonderful and actually remembered my name. They made my stay wonderful! Also, the maid that cleaned our room had the opportunity to take my watch that I’m mistakenly left on the tub. Very honest and kind. Nothing but good to share her about my experience here."

"We had the most charming state in Georgetown. The Poppy is clean, warm, welcoming, and inviting. Check in and check out was a breeze. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and it was essentially located to everything in Georgetown and downtown DC. It was quiet and the beds were super comfortable. I hope to be back again."

The room was immaculate, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the service. "The room was really well laid out and had a lot of character in terms of the internal design etc. Really convenient appliances such as the clothing steamer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove. I only used the steamer though. Location is great. Access to banks, restaurants, pharmacy is quite good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Really good stay at an amazingly affordable price."

"The Bartenders Kailey, Rachelle & Jose at the evening Happy Hour are awesome. The buffet breakfast with made to order Eggs was also terrific. The Hotel has beautiful rooms & amenities The hot tub being broken was a HUGE let down. Great location and I will continue to return each winter."
