"No frills but clean, comfy, and walking distance from some amazing bars. Staff was very sweet, free coffee all day, and it was surprisingly quiet. We will definitely stay here again."

"Having a little store inside the lobby was nice when we didn’t have a car and there aren’t many places within walking distance. There are microwave meals and drinks along with candy. We forgot an item and it was saved for us on our return trip. The staff was friendly. The problem was with the noise from a club down the street and the patrons that started street racing and doing donuts on the corner at 1am, but that isn’t the motel’s fault."

"Unique historic property in a great location. Our room was quiet and spacious, with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept well. We left our car in their garage and walked ( or took the subway) where we wanted to go. The waterfront, Pike Place market, and the International District are all within walking distance 10-15 min). "This is an old hotel. As such, it lacks things like central ac and heating. There was a portable air conditioner in the room that required venting out the window, which required the window to stay open. This allowed all the outside noise to enter the room. There is only one guest elevator. It is very small and slow. They request that only 3 people ride at a time. So allow plenty of time to move in between floors.
