"When we rented High Point we wanted to make sure we were within walking distance to Seattle Chinese Garden/Astra Lumina. We were literally right across the street to the entrance of the Chinese Garden. The house was very clean and nicely done. Bed and pillows were very comfy 😌 "

"My stay was overall good, clean and comfortable room, quiet area. Parking lot is bit tight. My biggest problem was shower: water pressure is a trickle, hot/cold knobs are wacky and the shower head was ridiculously low, under 5 ft."

"This place is a dump. The only nice thing I can say was there were no bugs in room. floor was damaged and filthy dirty. Transient population using facilities. Had a dog in one of the rooms that barked all night. Mattress was terrible. Minimal amount of towels. Washcloth you can see through. When I pointed out to manager that rate I was charged was more than currently advertised. He stated that is because expedia gets alot of the money. I would never stay there again and would never want...

"We truly cannot wait until we have another opportunity to stay here! Staff was exceptional in attentiveness and kindness. Beds were so comfortable. Room was clean and quiet. Location couldn't better for walking, dining, shopping, people watching. Property condition will be even better after all updates to the property are completed. Our only very small request would be to keep the hot tub open beyond 10pm for adults. Even 11pm would have been nice. :)"

"The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Angel at the front desk who accommodated our early check in. Took advantage of the complimentary wine hour. We used the valet service and requested the EV charger. Unfortunately the car didn't get much charge overnight so it would be really nice if the hotel upgraded their chargers. Everything was really lovely."

Spacious & comfortable with the best view I have had from any hotel around the World! The staff are super friendly & helpful! Highly commend to travellers to Seattle & great for Pike St Market..."
