"Firstly, the room was very clean and i had a great view of the sandy beach, the biggest ferris wheel, the night lights - all from my bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful, great service from the concierge to the front desk to the restaurant servers. The location was central, easy to many restaurants and groceries nearby, it was also near the sightseeing buses. "

"This was my second time staying at Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach, and it was just as amazing as the first. I travelled with my family in July, and we all had an excellent experience. The breakfast selection was outstanding, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was pure luxury. My parents absolutely loved it, and the kids couldn’t get enough of the rooftop pool! Everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone...

"This is a tricky review. I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton from 19-24th Sept 2025. On arrival I was told there was renovation work on the beach by the Dubai Government and it was short notice. That may be true but I’m certain they had enough notice to inform me ahead of time but I suspect they didn’t because they knew it would be off-putting so they waited until I arrived.
