"Our room was literally missing half the glass shower door panel so water sprayed everywhere when we showered! AI assistant responded via text when I texted front desk about it instead of an actual person. The pool was Tiny and overcrowded and hardly any chairs around it annd no towels to be found for pool. Also the cable in our room continually glitched so we couldn’t watch tv. We waited over 20 min to check in due to being short staffed. Overall pretty disappointing stay and this hotel...

"This was a clean, comfortable stay. They offered a free drink the night of your arrival although the bar only stayed open until 7 PM that night. We didn’t do much other than use this as a stop over, but it was comfortable and suited our needs. It has a nice restaurant next-door called Logan’s. "A roach cralled out from behind the bathroom mirror. The wood on the bathroom door was flapping. I took pictures and will quit Whynham over this."

"Not satisfied because the washroom was not clean, bathtub got plugged the floor was dirty I was walking around with a white socks and next I the morning when change my socks the were so dirty. I’m not so impressed with the condition of the rooms."

"Our room was clean and comfy. We enjoyed our stay the only issue was the breakfast breakfast was cold and it was removed before 10 am on a Sunday. Then before 10 am the staff started cleaning the tables making us feel rushed and unwelcomed. We came down and paid for breakfast at 930 and nothing was mentioned about when breakfast service would be ending it was buffet style with scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, make your own waffles,bagels and assorted breads."

"The hotel itself was convenient from the highway, easy to get to and then a great location. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The beds were comfy, the a/c worked well, and bathroom was clean. The only issue was there were people revving their engines on the road nearby; however, if you put the a/c fan on to low it was enough to drown out the noise."

"Easy to get to from I-5 going South Rooms ok and bed comfortable but no lights by bed - just overhead lights, so impossible if on person wants to stay up longer to read, etc. Major issue was with the shower and unable to regulate temperature. A mm one way or another delivered scalding hot water or cold. Very unsafe. We reported it to the desk."

"My 3 day stay was comfortable. This is my second time staying at this property in Redding. The suites are spacious and clean My only personal gripe is the light motion detector in the bathroom. They have a nightlight. They really don’t need a motion detector light in the bathroom when you get up in the middle of the night to do your business. It’s so bright you need sunglasses."

"Not what I expected someone got booked to wrong property needed the one closet to funeral Funeral place right down street it was brand new, very beautiful, very helpful and then they said I wasn’t booked at that one. I had to go to the one on mistletoe. I would pick a different hotel but in these circumstances I had time was an issue."
