"The room was just generally old feeling and used. Stained countertops, sticky/unclean floors, a dead bug on the floor of the bathroom upon our first walking in the door. Ugh. Not enough outlets for current standards. No USB or charging ports. No consistent wi-fi anywhere onsite. No staff onsite to ask questions of. The beds were comfortable. The A/C worked fine. "

"The only negative is they do charge $21.00 per car for parking. It’s overpriced on top of the room prices. Room prices have reached the limits for normal blue collar workers. I believe SOON it will take its toll on the massive water park resorts. The Dells in general is now out priced. You can fly and stay at Disney for what the Dells prices are."

"I would not recommend this resort to families at all. We paid a good price to stay here and the water park which was set to open at 9am was still not open at 11. A visiting family told us that they had been there for 3 days and this has happened to them each day. The room was filthy! Hair on all of our bedsheets, hair, dirt and crumbs behind each bed, wet sheets for the pull out couch in the dresser with no blankets. Microwave was filthy, stuff splattered all over. "Booked our hotel and the posting said underground tunnel to the waterpark we went to Wisconsin in December when it was 8° and the hotel room we got was not even attached to the main building so it’s not very beneficial to take toddlers and 8° weather in your car after they’ve been to a waterpark Also, it snowed while we were there and in three days, nobody bothered to clear the walkways or the sidewalks outside the room.
