"Hallway carpets were dirty. Handrails in hallway sticky. Mold in bath tub surround. Carpet stained in room. Refrigerator needed defrosting. Outside service door close to room did not lock. Room was a good size, low ceilings. Room was quiet. Parking was good."

"Great setting on the lake with nice beach, pools, etc. kayaking was great and we love that the pool is open late. Rooms are decent (this is not a fancy hotel, think more rustic nice), recommend a lake view room. The kitchenette rooms have a full size fridge. Overall our family (wife and 2 boys 8-11) have enjoyed the last few years. Very close to all the Dells action."
