"This hotel should not be listed on Expedia! This Hotel is being used to house Asylum seekers. It was filthy, the bedding was stained. There was loud music playing at 12:30am from a function happening in the property. There are no keys to the hotel rooms, they're on digital door codes - which made me feel very unsafe that anyone could get into the room if they had the same combination code. I did not feel safe at all. I did not stay at the hotel. I am now trying to get my refund from Expedia."

"Our bedroom was clean. You could see the garden out of the window but I think you’re just a bit of a stretch to say garden view. I was rather expecting to be able to sit on a chair and look out the window. Window was quite high and quite small. However, if you did stand up, I’ll look out of it. You could indeed see the garden. "Breakfast very basic,no fried egg or bacon. Coffee not drinkable. We arrived 10.40pm and bar already shut and no food available. Not a hotel but boarding house. We stayed in room 245,window broken and room smelled of damp. Constant bleeping sound from corridor all night.Wouldn't recommend or stay again."

"Although the check out time was 12 and we put "Do not disturb"sign on the door, cleaners started cleaning our room while we went for a walk and removed our bag from the room. My husband was going to eat breakfast in the room after the walk but he was shocked as his bag was missing although he put the room service order through night before. There is no communication between the desk & cleaners and cleaners ignore the Do not disturb sign. "

"The thermostat was locked and I was forced to sleep in a 77f room. They eventually brought a mini fan but that was not helpful as it just circulated hot air. I cut stay short next day. Terrible experience"
