"Warning – Be aware of extra fees and some service issues. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, but I experienced a frustrating problem with the dry cleaning service. I was assured it would be picked up and processed, but it was never sent out, which left me short on clothes for the rest of my trip. I ended up having to buy additional clothing. It would have been better if the staff member who promised to handle it had taken responsibility. I informed the hotel that I would not be paying the service fee due to the delay. The gym has a strong mold smell, and I’m quite certain there’s a mold issue there. On the positive side, the room was clean, functional, and perfectly adequate for one person, though quite small. The housekeeping staff were lovely, but they knocked very aggressively on the door (like police) even when the “Do Not Disturb” sign was clearly displayed. The outdoor pool area is usually crowded, but the hotel does have a beach section off Ocean Drive. I didn’t get to use it, but I might if I return. Overall, I’d rate the hotel 7.5/10. "

"We wanted a room with a sun set view but our room was not available yet so we decided to get the next available and it was not good. Food was good, the staff was good, the facilities were good."

"The room had multiple black hairs in the bathroom. The room key had to be fixed 4-5 times. The elevator was a little sketchy. Not a good value"
