"Good place staff was a bit lack luster we needed a replacement key and no staff were to be found for a good 10 minutes. We were calling the office while in the front office but no luck. Eventually we got it but that was a bit of a nuisance. Breakfast was a good set up but limited they kept having to restock because they were putting limited stuff out. Apart from that the place is nice."

"I love the hot shower, but the shower rod was damaged and water kept spilling over. Also,a section of the carpet remained wet the entire time so there's a leak somewhere. The air conditioner is excellent and I loved having two TVs. I will stay here again when I'm in San Antonio. The breakfast was pretty good. The only other thing is I am a platinum member and I wasn't acknowledged and there is no late checkouts or early check-ins."

"I didn’t know are read anything of extended stay for limited service for 4 nights stay. I was assuming hotel accommodations of room service at least once. But was not informed during check in and if you are from Out of country and state and using other websites then you are out there."

"My linens were filthy. I had to go buy my own sheets, blankets, and pillowcases. The ones on the bed did not seem to have been washed, and my room door didn't lock. I had to ask for another room. I would never go there again."

"Long term stay which means people live there. They're are old rusty cats in the back. These people scream, argue and you could smell Marijuana. The room looked ok, but the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, the stove had a crack so I wasn't risking anything just to use it. The unfortunately thing all of this overshadows hope nice the staff was. I would not stay here again until everything is remodeled and the people who live there aren't there anymore. "

"I liked how the pool was inside and open until 10 and how amazing the staff was! The breakfast was amazing and the parking was super easy! The rooms are super clean and very very nice! I recommend!!!"
