It is close to a few different places to eat. Rooms were not like photos. They were very outdated, can only get towels between 10-4 which didn’t work for me. Pool look cleaned. It was ok for what I needed which was a place to sleep. Area looks sketchy if you are someone who gets paranoid or care but for me it was ok.

Me gusta hacer reservaciones con Expedía, pero la habitación estuvo horrible. Muchas cucarachas en la habitación. También después de pagar con expedía, ellos me pidieron un depósito de $25.75 por habitación x2

La habitación estaba sucia salían cucarachas olía mal la puerta del baño no funcionaba en toda la estadía nunca limpiaron la habitación pesimo servicio y pésimas instalaciones

I checked in around 930pm drop off my luggage, went got something to eat room itself was clean, but it was infested with cockroaches. On the wall, in the bathroom. (Not the water bugs) When I returned I requested a room change the gentleman said not at that time. So I contacted Expedia to see if I can get a refund not sure what they did i decided to rent a room for the next four days when I was in San Antonio.

Had an OK experience checking in, however, rooms were dirty and stained and humid, they also had no trash cans. One of the rooms had a giant mysterious stain by the headboard. TV in second room did not work, they kept my deposit for both rooms because we used one rag to take off white face paint. Would not recommend to anyone with little ones or dogs as I overheard the clerk and the manager thinking of ways to take another guest deposit because they had one in their room that they paid for.

The woman at the front desk was wonderful—very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. She made the entire check-in process easy and was happy to answer any questions I had. After a long day of traveling, having someone greet you with a smile and make everything simple is always appreciated. Great customer service and a very positive first impression of Home Suites Culebra.

Room had a lot of small hair probably pet hair that we found on our clothes. The smell of the room just recycles with the air conditioner. Other guests were walking around at 2 am in the morning. A lot of concern for our safety. Cobwebs by the side window where we checked in and out. Also there was a hole that we could easily fall into near the check-in. Not recommended for those wanting a good nights rest. When leaving the property another visitor of the property drove recklessly as they followed us out.
