"The room was clean. There was no hot water in the morning. Something in the bathroom (hot water heater??) was leaking. When had the shower running to try and get hot water, it leaked out of the stall. Soap dispenser was basically empty. Location has conveniences but was a little less than safe feeling. "The location is amazing! Right in the heart of old Oslo, next door to Central train station. The entrance to the hotel was hard to find, it is actually inside the mall.. Google had a hard time finding it! Room is tiny with few amenities, and too warm. Breakfast was outstanding!!"
