"Beautiful grounds, great pools, and responsive staff. Condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. Location great, too (food trucks and grocery store across the street). My only complaint are the beds—primary bed needs to be replaced and the sofa bed is pretty uncomfortable (maybe add a mattress topper for comfort?). Overall, a great experience!"

"I was very disappointed with my stay at the Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa. The room did not appear to be cleaned properly upon arrival. The tile floor was dirty, and I found multiple small insects in the bathroom, around the room, and even on the bed. There were also spider webs between the floor and the TV stand, which made it seem like the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. The sofa bed was old, dirty, and not in acceptable condition for guests. Housekeeping was also very poor. We did not...

"Went for our honeymoon and the Whaler didn’t disappoint. The room was clean and set up pretty well. The communication and follow up was the best I’ve experienced, we wanted to experience a bunch of local spots and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The location is perfect. Very centralized to snorkeling, pool, or the ocean. A bunch of good food in walking distance and even some others for a short drive. Was able to whale watch from the room and a short walk to black rock we seen dolphins....

"We had a great stay at Honua Kai. Our 3-bedroom villa was spacious, well laid out, and worked really well for our group of eight (4 adults and 4 kids). It had everything we needed and never felt crowded. Since it's a tropical destination, seeing the occasional bug wasn't surprising. When we mentioned it to the hotel, they responded quickly and sent the cleaning team back the next day for another thorough sweep, which we appreciated. "Pros: The unit! Cable TV like CNBC & Bloomberg, ice machine, pool noodles/snorkel gear, cantenes for day trips, high end kitchen applances and supplies, good mattress. Cons: Undisclosed fees I was asked to pay upon checkin even when I messaged hotel/mgmt/owner? on Expedia platform weeks before to doublecheck and was told no additional $! It should clearly state "pay at property $xx amount" like my other expedia bookings. Expedia resolved it after escalation."
