"The resort was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Even from our garden view, we still had a slight view of the ocean, which to me was an amazing vantage point. Waking up and seeing the beautiful flowers all over the ground was absolutely gorgeous and then walking out to the beach phenomenal. The ending ceremony was unique, special, informative, and very peaceful. We definitely will be back."

"We got a nice ocean view room #604 on the inside corner of the 12 story Ohana tower, with 2 picture windows of the mountains to the east and view over the pool to the south & ocean to the S & W. It gave us the feel of a sweeping wide angle over hills and ocean - nice! A higher floor would have been even better as the 3 towers just to the south cut a chunk out of the ocean view. The facility is currently renovating the lobby area and we heard they plan to renovate all the rooms too. We found the 850 sf one bedroom, w/ balcony, large adjoining bath, living & kitchen area to be very spacious and a real bargain! With the planned renovations it will probably be more pricey, but should be very nice! The location was great, about 10 min walk to Duke's and easy drive/Uber down to Whalers Village or up to Kapalua area. The pool was large and all the hot tubs were wonderful! The restaurant is small, take out based, except for the breakfast buffet, but the bar was also right there by the pool so very convenient if you don't want to go out! All in all a great value for the entire package! "

"Amazing resort. Welcoming staff. Lots of activities. Clean rooms and property. Comfortable beds. Stocked kitchen. Huge bathrooms with lots of counter space. The balcony was our favorite space - dining table and four chairs, two comfortable chairs with table and a lounge couch….but the view was the winner…ocean, island of Lanai, whale watching, mountains, plus gorgeous views of the pools and grounds. We loved the poolside bar and grill and had many meals poolside."

"Nice view from room, only negative of location is the mowing, spraying, bright lights every morning at 5:30am on the golf course. We love to sleep with the doors open for fresh air so we could have closed blinds and slider. We love the cabana for chairs and towels. The bed comfortable, washer dryer and other appliances seem like new. I wish they would leave coffee filters, dish pods, foil etc from previous renters. It is a lot to buy when arriving. Every employee we met friendly and helpful! "

"Decent rooms, friendly staff, the main restaurant didn’t have very good food or service. Coffee shop has great pastries. Extremely slow check in process. "

"Spotless room. Excellent and friendly staff! Great breakfasts! Couple issues: bathroom under lighting went off and on ALL NIGHT. We finally unplugged the light. Couldn’t get out of the self park twice. Had to park and go to the lobby. A bit frustrating. Pool service very slow generally poor service."
