Rooms were very clean and comfortable and spacious. Very friendly and helpful staff. Short walk into a private entrance into the back of the park. Wonderful breakfast buffet too with a variety of options to choose from.

Perfect stay. Staff were delightful. Only 2 things I think could be improved are size/amount of lifts and soft closing room doors, as not only can you hear other people while in your room, but every time the door closes when your trying to sleep it wakes you up (Which I understand is most hotels to be fair) Food in restaurant was the best in the resort/park that we experienced. Absolutely loved it there and will definitely return! Oh and also put the price on the bottle of waters on the table as it looks free which may annoy some people when they get the bill.

We stayed her from 16th to 20th December in room 615 Lovely hotel very well thought out in theme with Eftling. Really quick walk to the main park Staff were lovely and always helpful. Only little tweaks would have been more tea and coffee in room had to keep coming down to ask. Could do with a phone in the room to ring reception if needed. Room service was a bit limited and quite pricey. Overall I would stay again

Great room, modern clean and tidy. Beds comfortable. Nice touch with mini board game in the room, and kids' Efteling passports on the pillows. Let down a little by the chaos at breakfast. Most of the hotel guests take advantage of the early park entry, which means there is a very busy period between 8-9am. The food is good, and plenty of choice, however.

Great place to stay for Efteling. Right next to the park, with its own entrance. Rooms are top-dollar but they're big, clean and comfy. Restaurants are fine, with a nice breakfast menu and good dinner selection. Some of the menu is nouvelle-style - fish portions are tiny, for example, so look around and clock what looks good on other plates. I recommend the bar snacks platter, enjoyed it for dinner. The staff are amazing - so friendly, and Famke was just so helpful when we had ticket issues, incredibly professional. Only snag - no snacks and drinks at reception, all has to be bought from the bar, where it comes opened-up.

Acesso ao Parque

Hotel fantástico com acesso direto ao parque. Só fique atento pois inexplicavelmente o restaurante fecha para o jantar antes do fechamento do Parque. Ou seja, se sair do Parque contando com jantar no hotel, vai ficar sem opção.

Kamer was ok, service deed hun best voor de kinderen en ontbijt was ok. Lift situatie is een ramp omdat ze erg traag zijn. Het is veel sneller om de trap te pakken. Personeel die de kamers schoonmaken hebben er niet zoveel zin, dat is te zien. Avondeten in het hotel is duur voor weinig. Ontbijt had alle basis artikelen. Vlechtbrood was lekker maar het roerei kwam uit een pak. Wees ook bereid op alle kinderen die het eten aanraken en laten vallen. Oh en je kan NIET het dorp in wandelen omdat er nergens een oversteekplaats is en de weg zeer druk is.

The theming of the hotel and the rooms is marvellous. We liked the breakfast buffet. The elevators are rather too few in number resulting in long waits. The pool being off-site from the hotel and having limited hours is a real drag. The staff are incredible- warm, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately the park is not great about publishing scheduled ride closures well in advance (ie. timeline for international travellers to be able to plan in advance). When we booked, there were no closures listed past August. Baron 1898- the ride that sold us on going to Efteling- ended up being closed for all of September and October. Alas! We enjoyed many other rides, and we will just have to come back to experience the Baron!

The staff at the property were super friendly, and really seemed to enjoy interacting with children. They took their time to help with queries you had and never made you feel rushed. Really great team, thank you once again for making our stay memorable. Breakfast was very good, only slight downside is that there was no toaster. The pillows were very high, and there weren't any flatter alternatives in the wardrobe. I asked the housekeeping team for a flatter pillow and they provided me with one.

Amazing park

The Staff are absolutely amazing from the hotel to the park, the park is absolutely beautiful and so well maintained. The food in the park is great to there's so much choice pinokkios pizza and pasta restaurant is a must. Thank you Efteling we had a great time.
