"Beautiful property (could use a little bit of refreshment - hallway rugs are very worn in part of the hotel), but the rest is great. Staff was amazing and helpful. We had a wonderful four course dinner and the breakfast was nice too."

"Die Unterkunft ist neu und sehr gut ausgestattet Die Lage ist toll. Alles sehr gepflegt und ansprechend.
Was uns aber richtig geärgert hat war, am Tag der Abreise haben wir verschlafen und sind 20 Minuten später angerufen worden das wir die nächste halbe Stunde auschecken sollen. Das haben wir auch gemacht aber die Unterkunft hat einen Teil der Kaution einbehalten weil wir ein wenig zu spät dran waren. Da wir dann sowieso mehr bezahlt haben hätten wir es gut gefunden das wir dann auch wenigsten...

Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. The attitude and lack of help and welcome from staff was the worst I’ve ever experienced. No attempt to understand or put things right. The propertiy was amazing just like the pictures.
