The said they do not honour bookings done online or through a 3rd party such as hotel.com, hence I was left stranded and had get a taxi to physically look for another hotel. Its such a bad service ..."

"Internet services need to be improved on. My room was changed twice due to internet connectivity. Aside that, it is a good place to stay. Food prices can be lowered, too expensive for now."
