"The room was very clean, plenty of room, fridge and coffe tea sugars well stocked Very comfy bed with great amount of pillows. Was kept cool through having an aircon and wifi was excellent. Just a pity it didnt have opening windows. Can get slightly noisey from other occupants. The only problem we had is when they required our visa card incase of damages which was fine but didnt like the fact they took our card out of sight (in the back) to write down details instead of doing it in front of us. "Air conditioner in the main bedroom rattled all night, and the lounge room air conditioner didn’t seem to work. Facilities - the pool is heated and was lovely. The spa next to the pool- the heat pump was told to be problem- no sign but another resident advised. The gym was good- but again "

"I stay there all the time while I’m visiting the business and for the cost of the rooms they could in better shape. For example last time I stayed the glass mosaic was coming off the wall the curtains are always damaged either stained or broken which is a shame considering everything else is fine with the venue and the rooms."
