John was the one who checked us in, he was great and made us feel extra special since it was our honeymoon. All staff members were so friendly and helpful, the room was clean the bed was very comfortable and everything was quite literally perfect. "Staff were friendly. Location was great but the beach area was a little more crowded than some other Waikiki areas. Pools were great and lots of on-site shops. The views from our room were majestic. 21st floor facing Diamond Head. Mornings spent watching the sunrise and looking at the reef below to watch the dawn patrol and turtles surfacing from their morning munchies. Food onsite was also very good. Easily walkable."
