"This property is gorgeous , the staff and services are premium. The food is delicious. The surrounding is beautiful and amazing. If you have a car, I strongly recommend it. I like everything except the earlier afternoon shuttle service. The hotel provides free shuttle service to nearby ski resort Annupuri. It has 7:30, 8:30am shuttle to Annupuri, and 3pm pick up from Annupuri. The only way to get back to hotel is by taxi if you missed the 3pm shuttle; however, taxi is hard to find overall. If...

"Great budget option for skiing Niseko. Convenient shuttle options to the slopes and a 7-11 store across the street. Worked well for our family of four adults to share a quadruple with 2 bunk beds. Shared and very clean bathrooms were available. Also enjoyed the free breakfast. Highly recommend!"

"A bit outside of the center of Grand Hirafu village but easily walkable. You have to go uphill a bit to get to the resort. The property itself is beautiful. Ideal for 6 or 7 guests (3 couples). Full kitchen but without salt/oil/spices so brine no your own if you plan to cook. Tsubara Tsubara right next door if you want amazing Japanese curry. Staff drive us back to the Chitose bus pickup on checkout. Would stay again if traveling with a small group. "

"Enjoyed a nice long stay at Freedom Inn, the staff helped ensure I had a restful stay, and provided transportation to Hanazono for access to the slopes. For a small service fee the staff will pick up a take-out dinner for you if you would prefer to eat dinner at the hotel after a long day on the mountain."
