"This property is gorgeous , the staff and services are premium. The food is delicious. The surrounding is beautiful and amazing. If you have a car, I strongly recommend it. I like everything except the earlier afternoon shuttle service. The hotel provides free shuttle service to nearby ski resort Annupuri. It has 7:30, 8:30am shuttle to Annupuri, and 3pm pick up from Annupuri. The only way to get back to hotel is by taxi if you missed the 3pm shuttle; however, taxi is hard to find overall. If...

"景色もよくこじんまりとしていて清潔でよかったですが、部屋のテーブルがかなり傾いていて使いづらかったのでそこだけが残念でした。共用スペースのポットのお湯が少なくなっていましたが水道がなく、どこで足せばいいか分かりませんでした。呼んで足してもらうほどではなかったので使用しませんでしたが、何か案内があればありがたかったです。静かで過ごしやすかったです。"

While the location was convenient for walking to local pubs and convenience stores, and the staff was very responsive—helping us arrange a private taxi from the airport—the overall experience left a lot to be desired. "Great budget option for skiing Niseko. Convenient shuttle options to the slopes and a 7-11 store across the street. Worked well for our family of four adults to share a quadruple with 2 bunk beds. Shared and very clean bathrooms were available. Also enjoyed the free breakfast. Highly recommend!"
