We had a wonderful time! The room is spacious, and the mattress is huge and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom has a shower and a bath. The room is quiet and peaceful. Plus, there’s a nice view of the golf course.

WOW - just a short drive from Kaikōura away from the noise and tourists you will find peace and tranquility at this resort with an added bonus if you play golf. Modern clean accomodation with great views over the golf course and the sea. Warren and Jen are wonderful hosts If you want to dine a5 Kaikoura’s better restaurants please Book in advance

Just an amazing spot & views - wow! Great little golf course too. Very comfortable room. Make sure to state that you need the single bed if booking that room - we were kindly upgraded, but unfortunately because we were checking in late we hadn’t actually spoken to anyone. No huge problem, sharing a bed with a mate is ok, but a seperate bed would have been better!

This property is located directly on a golf course but it is very much out of the way of town with no restaurants nearby. The property had limited staffed hours for guests- closed at 5pm and reopened at 9am. The room was very nice and they left some breakfast items in the fridge for toast and cereal. The staff was very friendly when available. There was a pond right in front of our room and we enjoyed watching a goose family with their 9 checks enjoy the water. If you want to get out of the hustle and bustle this is a great option but not at all convenient for accessing dinner.

Stunning location with amazing views and so quiet!

Absolutely beautiful spot with stunning views. Very spacious. Disappointing there was no comfortable lounge chair to sit by the window to appreciate the view or have bed on the other side of the room so you could see the veiw from the bed. Bed extremely comfortable and so nice & quiet there. A bigger counter for tea/coffee making be a good idea and brighter light (with dimmer) be helpful. Staff left earlier than advertised reception hours so couldn’t ask questions. Owners could do so much more to make the most of stunning location & wonderful size of the rooms-be happy to give free interior design idea if interested. Of course the golf course the big draw card and the course did look extremely well maintained. Hope to return

On arrival the gentleman in reception (I think the owner of the resort) was very helpful and courteous. Although the rooms were compact, they had a fantastic outlook of the 9th hole and the surrounding coastline.

It would be nice to have a phone in the room for you to contact the reception desk if you needed anything, alarm clock in the room + restaurant menu in a folder would have been nice to see & read to see what was on offer, we were in room 6 our outside light was not working + fan in the bathroom was not working + room ceiling needs to be vacuumed I noticed there was dead bugs stuck to the ceiling, can face towels be added to the towels. I noticed hallway corridor there was marks on the wall it would be nice to touch up the walls with some fresh paint, it would be nice to have mobility parking space for people who suffer from mobility issues.
