We had such a pleasant experience. Everyone was kind and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every day. Parking was easily available. Thanks to all the staff who made this such a wonderful experience.

Not worth the money, the room was small then they moved us virtually never met any staff. The new room was cold! Also there was a smell in the room like musty or old smell. The buffet was subpar. Apples were old, not a lot of food, a few selections only. Very basic. The staff member was very nice that’s about it! This is not worth over 200 dollars. It’s more like a motel not a hotel and out of our bedroom there was lots of garbage bags! That’s an eye sore. Not a great view.

Great little hotel in a great location, the breakfast was amazing and worth the extra $10. Wish the employees spoke better English but hey I’m in their country so I didn’t mind that much. Hotel is old so could use a little maintenance, but besides that I really did enjoy it.

Hotel was fine - location was nice, just outside of Kaiserslautern, but there wasn't much immediately around the hotel. Check-in was different - my room key was in a lockbox, with the registration card. My check-out was early in the morning so I just dropped the key in another secure box.

Beautiful hotel. Only spoke to staff on phone to get check in instructions. They were easy but had trouble locating the room, there was no number on the door. Our room was perfect for our family of 5 with 2 little kids, they even had a pack n play ready. Would definitely stay here again.

Ok place to stay.

The hotel was undergoing renovations, so it was a little messy outside. The rooms were a bit dingy, and the bathrooms were dated. I couldn't turn up the heat. Also, the towels were skimpy, and the bed was a little worn. Maybe the renovations will continue inside, too.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich kann an dem Hotel fast nichts aussetzen. Bessere Kissen und eine wärmere Bettdecke wären sehr schön 😉. Ich kann das Hotel definitiv empfehlen.

Die Örtlichkeit ist super, ein Ort nebenan gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die mir den eigenen PKW erreichbar sind. Der Service ist super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren mit allem ausgestattet, was man gebraucht hat. Ein Balkon war ebenfalls vorhanden. Im gross und ganzen zufrieden.
