"Unfortunately had a terrible one night stay at the hotel. Despite air conditioning being a listed amenity on Expedia, the AC control was locked and not available to use. My husband and I woke around midnight and it was far too warm in the room to sleep. Spoke with a male from reception who advised there was no AC in the whole building (they only allow it in the hot summer months despite it being about 26 degrees in the room). "Shamir at the front office was outstanding.
The breakfast was great. The room was clean but small although we booked a comfort room. The shower was terrible no pressure and very small. Only the mattress in the room which was comfortable but no chair, night table or closet. There were steps in the room which was a hazard. Bed sheets were clean."
