"The property and room was good. A door screen is necessary as mosquitos enter the room and annoy sleepers. Front desk service was not warm; had to call a number to have someone come to check us in and the lady was very blunt and neither informative or welcoming in the least; no details available as to wifi password, for example. Nobody at front desk for check out either. Attached restaurant was rather noisy. "
"Ok, fyi I did not read all the reviews when I booked this all inclusive last minute. I was debating between here and 2 others. I only stayed 2 out of 4 nights.
Mistakes/disappointments
Solo traveler - family friendly all inclusive (lots of families enjoying their stay as they should)
Older resort but I’ll give them credit for trying.
Bed was very firm and uncomfortable.
Woke the 2nd day and there was no water. Went downstairs around noon cause the phone in the room didn’t work. Was told it...
"Extremely helpful stuff, but the hotel is in bad shape. The swimming pool is there, but surrounded by swarming flesh-eating ants, and there is demolition and construction around, which makes the whole area extremely dangerous if you have young kids. The area is not ideal for a vacation. We did find a good...
"I used the cleaning service and the hotel lost 2 items. The pool was close and was the spa, I wanted a massage but the woman was on holiday. My room had a hot tub but without any water so you couldn’t use it. The pool had no water in so you couldn’t use it. But the staff at the hotel are excellent, the owner just isn’t very good with communication or keeping the hotel fit for purpose."
