"Property has potential to be a luxurious hotel- beautiful oceanfront property but seems money isn’t put back into it. Pictures are not accurate- especially of bathroom. Hallways are gross- carpet is filthy- and hallway walls need some help. Room itself isn’t bad- cute decor and clean but our room had water damage near sliding door. Beds are very uncomfortable. "This hotel was a good deal based on value vs. price. Not luxurious, but very good value for the price. The sea view was excellent. Street noise could be a problem so I suggest using ear plugs. Most hotels along the waterfront here would have the same problem with street noise. We enjoyed our stay."

It’s extremely challenging if you encounter another vehicle from the opposite direction. The amenities are lacking. "We were fortunate to get the only room on the highest level with a great view of the ocean and coastline. The price we had to pay was to climb two flights of stairs to reach it, which we did mind at all. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful and advised us to drive to Areopoli for dinner. Very good breakfast."
