"Talk about going above and beyond with making their guests happy. I had a 12 night stay in Europe while visiting Poland and The Balkins. I stayed at some nice places and met some really nice people but this hotel by far had the most pleasant staff ever. Jovaha, at the front desk, has to be the most pleasant receptionist ever! She made my entire experience worry free. From parking my car to local suggestions to pretty much everything. She is such a sweet gem and Igor who oversaw the breakfast...

"My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon and we can not express how AMAZING our stay was! From the incredible staff to the comfort of the rooms, we were so pleased!! "Located close to beach. Panoramic scenery to the front facing the sea. Very friendly staff and very good breakfast spread. Parking is tricky however staff always available to help out with valet parking. They even allowed us with an early check in and provided us with a takeaway breakfast as we had to vacate early to catch our flight back. Overall a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend."

"At first, we were given a room where the air conditioning didn’t work, and it was incredibly warm. We reported this to the staff, who provided us with a fan for the night and made sure we were moved to a new room the next day — which we really appreciated. The staff were service-minded and very helpful. We booked taxis and several excursions through the reception, which made things very convenient. The gym was just the right size and had everything you need to keep up your workout...

"Good value for the price. Breakfast is kinda average and there is no kettle in the room. Balcony is big enough. AC worked very well and quite. It was clean, but I had one extra towel which was dirty and also no toilet paper at first. But overall it was no big deal as the receptionist Misha was exceptionally helpful and very friendly! I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. "
