"接待人員睡覺，按了很多次鈴聲，才醒來，讓我們等了很久。房間臭蟲真的很多，並不是不能接受大自然的蟲，但感覺老闆沒有想要處理。員工抽煙，旅館內都是煙味。室外溫泉水溫不夠，出去泡湯很冷，接待人員搞不清楚房間人數，我們到了以後才開始鋪床，用品也是少很多東西，是一間非常不推薦的旅館，我還看到有人直接不住了，逃離這個旅館。如果沒有旅館，建議住附近的飯店，也不要選這一家旅館"
