"Tempatnya bagus,ongsennya juga ok,pas disana hujan salju, sekitar tempat penginapan penuh dg salju,staff nya semua ramah, saat disana cari makan susah restoran tutup, hanya ada 1 restoran yg buka,tapi saat itu uda tutup jam 6 PM, dinner di penginapan hrus reserved dulu baru bisa, tidak bisa langsung datang, bisa di antar dan di jemput di terminal Hirayu onsen.."

The hotel was quiet and comfortable, especially since it’s adults-only, and we really enjoyed having a private onsen in our room. The food experience was also amazing and I absolutely love it."

"接待人員睡覺，按了很多次鈴聲，才醒來，讓我們等了很久。房間臭蟲真的很多，並不是不能接受大自然的蟲，但感覺老闆沒有想要處理。員工抽煙，旅館內都是煙味。室外溫泉水溫不夠，出去泡湯很冷，接待人員搞不清楚房間人數，我們到了以後才開始鋪床，用品也是少很多東西，是一間非常不推薦的旅館，我還看到有人直接不住了，逃離這個旅館。如果沒有旅館，建議住附近的飯店，也不要選這一家旅館"

"外の貸切風呂への乗り物が面白かったです。 結婚して42年経ちましたが夫婦で温泉に入ったのは初めてだったと思います。良い思い出になりました。新穂高ローブーウェイからも近かったので良い場所だと思います。機会があったら泊まりたいと思いました。"
